2. Eligibility Requirements

This guarantee applies only to your first purchase. If you cancel, receive a refund, and later re-subscribe, the 30-day guarantee does not apply to subsequent subscriptions.

2.3 No Abuse Policy

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. However, depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days

4.2 Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If that method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

5. What Happens After Refund

5.2 Content You Keep

You may keep any content you downloaded or saved during your membership period, including:

  • Notes and materials you created

6. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund

Important Distinction:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing but does not refund past payments. You retain access until the end of your paid billing period.
  • Refund: Returns your payment and immediately terminates access. Only available within 30 days of initial purchase.

You can cancel your subscription at any time without requesting a refund. Cancellation is separate from the refund guarantee.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:
